- Price is fixed. All prices are quoted in MYR. Any delivery charge applicable to your order will be specified to you prior to your concluding your order after we received your order form. We will try to give our best in terms of pricing and services.
- All Sales are final. Items sold are not exchangeable or returnable. No refund once payment is done unless items ordered are out of stock.
- The picture shown in the site is the real product. No more picture requests.
- We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear at the Site. The colour of the product 95% accurate and maybe different only due to the desktop screen or camera lighting.
- We have the right to refuse over demanding and rude customers.
- We only accept serious buyer. No cheaters. If you want to cancel the order, please email us at daniella3384@gmail.com to avoid your name in the blacklisted file.
- Reservation is allowed for only 24 hours / 1 day. After that, all reservations without payment will be automatically cancelled. Applicable also if you pay on 2nd day after confirm taking the item, we will refund your money if the item has been sold. Whoever pays first, get the item first. Our business are based on first come first serve.
- We will not be held any responsible for any loss or damages incurred during shipping.
- We will ship items ordered after payment . Reservations are only for 1 day. Meaning if you order on MONDAY, you've to make a payment before or on TUESDAY. We need time to check payment, check inventory and wrap items before shipping it out. So give us some time to wrap your items. If you fail to make full payment as we agreed your reservation on the item will be automatically cancelled without prior notice.
- Shipping Method : POS laju ( Malaysia) . For International buyer, shipping method will be POS Laju and POS Register. Visit this www.pos.com.my for more information about shipping cost.
- NO cash on delivery (COD).
- Buy at your own risk.

wrong address that provided by you.

Where possible, we will endeavour to deliver your products
within five 3-5 working days. This is subject, however to any delays that might
unavoidably occur from the shipping company.
Step How to Buy!
- Complete the order form then click submit. Make sure your email is TRUE (no typing error).
- If you want to add order, kindly email to us use SAME email that you sent before.
- After you make a payment to us, kindly email us the detail of the payment, date, time, amount and which bank.
- For online banking through cimbclicks or maybank2u, you can just copy and paste the proof of payment or print screen the receipt then email to us and put our email daniella3384@gmail.com when you do the transaction. For cash deposit, you may scan or take picture your proof of payment and email it to us.
